Class Schedule and Open Gym

We offer 28 weekly athletic classes Monday-Saturday to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our professional instructors are experienced coaches and competitors who are passionate about supporting your martial arts journey. We are all ages and experience levels. Our community is LGBTQIA+ friendly.

In addition to martial arts, we have weightlifting and cardio equipment available for all gym members.

We offer childrens-only, teens-only, beginner’s-only, and girls/women’s-only classes, as well as a number of all levels classes. Sparring classes are limited to intermediate and advanced students

Before your first class

  • Wear athletic clothing. For Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes, we recommend form fitting shirts such as rashguards.
  • Mouth guards are required for sparring classes.
  • New members may use shared equipment at no additional cost (we charge a rental fee after 5 visits). You may purchase MMA and Boxing gloves, as well as shin pads, at Level Ground.
  • Please trim finger and toe nails.
  • It is imperative that you shower immediately after class. Infections such as ringworm and MRSA are easily transmissible through close contact sports.
  • Classes can be rigorous! Be prepared to work hard and have fun!

Our paid program serves Boston youth 14-21 living in Roxbury, Dorchester, and Mattapan. During the summer and school year, we provide employment opportunities, academic support, nutrition and healthy meal training, 1:1 mentorship, and more!
